Support

A guide to the upcoming new version: playing, Pro purchases and support.

Movement and jumping

Use the left and right buttons to move, and the jump button to jump. A short press makes a low jump; holding makes a higher jump. The 10-second timer starts after the 3, 2, 1, GO countdown.

Using a controller

On a standard controller, use the D-pad or left stick to move, A to jump, B to retry and Menu to pause. Connect the controller in your device’s system settings.

Courses and purchases

Courses 1–50 are free on iPhone and iPad. Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase: US $1.99, with no subscription. It unlocks courses 51–100 on iPhone and iPad and the Apple Watch game. New and returning players have the same purchase rules. Your local App Store shows the applicable price before purchase.

Restoring Pro

Open the Pro purchase panel and choose “Restore purchases”. Use the Apple Account that bought Pro. Apple processes the transaction and restore request. If approval is pending or the store is unavailable, try again after the issue is resolved.

Three modes on iPhone and iPad

Trial and each Marathon course have a 10-second limit. Practice has no time limit. Use Practice to learn a route before trying a timed run.

Playing on Apple Watch

Buy or restore Pro in the iPhone app, then open it on the iPhone paired with your Watch to sync verified access. Tap or swipe left or right in the separate bottom direction strip to keep running; press ■ to stop. Turning the Digital Crown also selects a running direction; stopping the Crown does not stop the runner. Tap the play area for a low jump or hold for a higher jump. Pausing, dimming the screen or leaving the game clears the direction. After the 2-second resume countdown, choose a direction again. Progress stays separately on the Watch.

Progress and sound

Best course times, Marathon records and music/sound settings stay on your device. No game account or developer cloud sync is provided. Deleting the app removes its local progress and settings; restoring a Pro purchase does not restore progress. The system may separately offer device-backup restoration. Music and sound effects can be switched off independently in settings.

Report a problem

Include your app version, device/system version, course number and the steps that caused the problem. Do not send your Apple Account password, payment-card details or other payment information.
